nCoV: 1113 people discharged in Maharashtra's Aurangabad

Aurangabad, Jun 3 : 1113 people have been cured and discharged after recovering from COVID-19 in the district till date. Presently, 503 infected patients are undergoing treatment at different hospitals. The district administration sources on Wednesday informed that total 1704 cases have been detected in the district with addition of 55 fresh cases on Wednesday including 24 female and 31 male.

On Wednesday, six patients have been discharged from Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) and 10 patients from District General Hospital (DGH) here have been cured and returned home. With this total of 1113 corona cured patients have been cured and returned to their homes, the sources said.

While, four fatalities were reported in the last 24 hours including two in GMCH and two in private hospitals. With this so far total 88 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district including 70 in the GMCH, 17 in three different private hospitals, and 1 in DGH, the sources added. (UNI)
