Nagpur, Jun 4 : A patient suffering from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) and who was tested positive for the novel coronavirus a day earlier, died on Thursday in Maharashtra's Nagpur, sources said.
With this development, the death toll in the city has climbed to 12 . On Wednesday, 30 persons including the one admitted in the government medical hospital suffering from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI), tested positive for novel coronavirus in the city. Following this the total number of cases in the city have crossed 600 mark.
However, more than 400 patients have successfully recovered from the disease and discharged, sources added. (UNI)
