COVID-19: Aurangabad confirmed cases tally crosses 50- mark on Sunday

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Apr 27: Four more people tested positive for novel coronavirus in Aurangabad on Sunday, taking the total positive cases in the city to 53.

On Sunday morning, two female patients, 65 and 35-year-old, were confirmed as corona positive. Later, two more swab samples reports came in which 53-year-old woman from Choti Mandi near Daulatabad and 39-year-old woman from Asefiya colony were tested positive.

They were admitted to Goverment Medical College and Hospital April 25, Said Dr Arvind Gaikwad ,Coordinator of GMCH said . With this, total positive tally goes upto 53 in Aurangabad in which 22 were cured and five have died. Now, 26 remain patients of corona are under treatment at District General Hospital and GMCH, Dr Gaikwad added. (UNI)
