Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Nov 15 : Popular Front of India (PFI) activists held an agitation here on Friday to protest against the Ayodhya verdict, delivered by the Supreme Court on November 9.
Led by District Secretary Parvez Khan, the agitators gathered at the Roshan Gate post noon prayers, and started marching raising slogans demanding justice.
Police detained the agitators and took them away from the venue.
In its' historic Ayodhya verdict, the Supreme Court allotted the disputed 2.77 acre land for building a Ram temple whereas ordered to give five acre land at a prominent place for building a mosque. (UNI)
