Mumbai, Jul 23 : A man in his 30s survived after jumping from the Bandra-Worli Sea Link on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, man had hired a cab for Worli from Bandra. After the cab crossed the toll booth on sea link he asked the driver to stop the car for taking a selfie at around 11 am. He alighted and walked towards the sidewall only to climb and later jumped into the sea.
The taxi driver informed the police soon after the incident.
A team of Worli police rushed to the spot and began a rescue operation along with the fire brigade.
He was later found unconscious on the shores near Chaityabhoomi.
He was shifted to the hospital, where treatment is going on.His identity is not yet known.(UNI)
