The petitioner in his petition requested the court to cancel the Jaleel's candidature as Aurangabad MP. The election commission and all other contestants from Aurangabad lok sabha seat have been made defendants in the petition .
Two video clips of Owaisi and his brother have also been attached with the petition. The petition further stated that Mr Jaleel has provided false information in Form 26 before the election commission and hidden the information of Case (60/2016) filed against him.
