Bhopal, May 19 : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan underlined on Tuesday that the rules of the lockdown’s fourth phase should be followed in letter and spirit in all districts.
“Guidelines have been dispatched to every district in this regard. Owing to relaxations, residents are likely to emerge from their dwellings in considerable numbers, so precautions are even more necessary. The populace must not be under the mistaken impression that the pandemic is over! Wearing of masks, physical distancing, avoiding crowds, etc ought to be ensured and noncompliance may result in penalty. My dispensation is preparing to open fever clinics for ensuring easy availability of facilities against the pathogen. In this regard, collectors should make necessary preparations and send inputs,” the seasoned politician was officially quoted as saying.
The Chief Minister was videoconferencing at Mantralaya with commissioners, inspectors general, collectors and police superintendents. (UNI)
