Bhopal, Mar 9: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath alleged on Monday that mafias flourished in the state during one-and-a-half decades of Bharatiya Janata Party rule and the saffron camp – hand-in-glove with the underworld – is attempting to destabilise the state dispensation.
“However, I shall not allow such evil designs to succeed. My government has determinedly commenced uncompromising action against anti-socials. The campaign was a response to the voice of the people,” the Chief Minister averred in a statement. (UNI)
