Betul, MP, Apr 26 : Emphasising the “contrasting” thought processes of the country’s two political pillars, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath averred on Friday that the Congress contemplates regarding the indigent whereas the Bharatiya Janata Party deliberates over leading industrialists.

“For three decades, this district has not granted me an opportunity to be of service to it though you did vote in favour of a Congress candidate in the Assembly polls and that means you sided with truth. A total 112 days have elapsed since my party’s dispensation was constituted in this state.

During this period, the government waived debts availed by in excess of 20 lakh cultivators and the rest shall be similarly benefitted once the Model Code of Conduct ceases to be in force. I demand that erstwhile chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Premier Narendra Modi provide balance sheets of their tenures lasting 15 and five years respectively. Mr Modi spoke of generating employment for two crore youngsters annually,” he said while addressing an election rally in Bhoura. (UNI)
