Bhopal, Nov 30 : The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has appealed to the party's assembly poll candidates and workers to maintain a vigil at strong rooms until counting day December 11.
In a social media message, Congress state President Kamal Nath also reiterated, "The formation of a Congress government is a certainty."
He claimed to have received complaints that some officials may perpetrate irregularities during counting.
Single-phase voting across 230 constituencies on Wednesday witnessed the highest turnout in the state's electoral history and that has quickened political parties' heartbeats. The Congress has been out of power since 2003. (UNI)
