Kozhikode, Feb 17 : Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan on Monday alleged that there are terrorists in the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML).
Speaking to reporters at Karipur International airport here the Minister, however, said he did not mean that all are terrorists in the IUML but some are. Commenting on the beef issue, Mr Muraleedharan said the CPI-M was adopting double standards by excluding the beef from the menu of police canteen but supporting its use.
Having admitted that the two students-Allan and Thaha, are Maoists for supporting them, why then the CPI-M was opposing to handover the the investigation of the case to the NIA, the Minister asked. The two students are activists of the CPI(M). (UNI)
