Health Minister KK Shailaja said in the Assembly that the condition of the patient, under treatment at Kanhangad district hospital, was stable. She added that there was no reason for panic in the State.

The first case was reported from Thrissur in Kerala on Thursday after a medical student returning from Wuhan tested positive. The other patient is in Alappuzha.
