Kozhikode, Nov 18: Kerala Excise Minister T P Ramakrishnan has said that the Government is in-principle supported the idea to allow opening of beer pubs across the state.
Talking to media persons here on Monday, the Minister said the State need to have hotels and beer parlours that would operate till late night.
However, a final decision on the pubs and micro brewery will be taken after serious deliberations, Mr Ramakrishnan said.
The Government is also seriously considering a report of the Agriculture University in producing low-spirit liquor, he added. (UNI)
