Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 11: Justice S Manikumar was sworn in as the Chief Justice of Kerala High Court here on Friday.
Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan at 10 am. Justice Mani Kumar succeeds Justice Hrishikesh Roy who was elevated as Supreme Court judge.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his Cabinet colleagues TM Thomas Isaac, K Balan and MM Mani, former Governor P Sathasivam, top IAS and IPS officials, Law Secretary, top officials of Kerala High Court and several judges also attended the event.(UNI)
