The ruling in the anticipatory bail application of CPIM politburo member and Kerala secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan's son Binoy Kodiyeri is to be made on Thursday. The Mumbai Dindoshi sessions court was to have given the verdict today but the judge was on leave.
On filing the application on Friday, counsel for Binoy claimed the charges were false and it was an attempt to blackmail his client. The prosecution had said all the required evidence had been produced and the bail plea should be rejected.
The woman also submitted additional proof of her passport, that of the minor son passport, the child's birth certificate, bank account details all of supporting her claim of relationship with Binoy.
