Dileep, accused in the actor-abduction case, has been granted permission by the Ernakulam Principal Sessions court to go abroad as part of his business engagements. This is the second time he being allowed by the court to go abroad.
Earlier, he was granted permission to travel to Doha and Dubai between February 13 and 21 in connection with business of his restaurant chain Dhe Puttu.
The court rejected the objection of the prosecution which claimed that he had not disclosed details of his UAE trip. It, however, set stiff conditions that he would have to surrender his passport immediately on his arrival, submit to the court his address and phone there and should not address the media.
