Pandalam royal family representative Sasikumara Varma on Sunday alleged Naxal link to the 11 young women supported by Chennai-based NGO Manithi making an attempt to Sabarimala.
He said that it could not be rejected there might be any Naxalite link to these women who reached Pampa. Kerala police might have given protection to these young women members.
“Have they observed abstinence for 41 days,” he asked.
The way they opened coconut using a screw driver and filling ghee indicated their ‘real colour’, he claimed.
“The arrival of these women on the day of the procession of Thanka Anki is suspicious. We are committed to protect customs and rituals,” he said.
