BJP leader Shobha Surendran has said that she will file a petition in the Supreme Court against the High Court order.
The Kerala High Court on Tuesday came down heavily on Shobha Surendran for filing a PIL on Sabarimala issue. High Court observed that Sobha Surendran was raising flimsy allegations over the issue of police action in Sabarimala and slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 on her.
Informing media that she had not filed the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on Sabarimala issue, she asserted on Tuesday that she will not pay the fine instructed by the high court. She also said that she was not aware of her advocate having apologised in court.
