Kundapur, Jun 3: Kundapur taluk hospital and Lalitambika Guest House at Kollur will be soon converted into COVID-19 hospital due to increase in number of Covid-19 cases in the District, Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesha said on Wednesday.
Mr Jagadeesha said that ''the decision to convert the taluk hospital into full-fledged COVID-19 hospital was taken as there is a need of 400 beds in the taluk. ''The Taluk hospital will be shifted to Kota hospital along with pregnant women and those who have just delivered their babies.
