Bengaluru, May 5: With the detection of 14 more fresh cases, including 10 from Davanagere district, the total COVID-19 count surged to 673 in Karnataka. According to official sources, besides 10 cases from Davanagere, one each case in Dharwad and Haveri district also reported tested positive for the COVID-19 disease.
The number of deaths from COVID-19, has also risen to 29 when a 50-year-old woman from Davanagere district, was succumbed to the complications related to the COVID-19, the sources said.
With the discharge of seven more patients, the total number of persons, who were completely cured from the disease reached 331, the sources added. (UNI)
