Bangalore, Mar 10 : Karnataka Health Minister B Sriramulu on Tuesday confirmed that three more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the state, taking the total number of cases to four. "In Karnataka four positive cases for COVID-19 have been confirmed.
Their family members have been isolated separately and we are monitoring them. I urge citizens to take precautionary measures and cooperate in preventing the spread of Coronavirus," the Health Minister tweeted.
Karnataka Chief minister B S Yeddyurappa has called an emergency meeting with Mr Sriramulu and and Medical Education Minister Sudhakar along with top health department officials on Tuesday afternoon following confirmation of the new cases. (UNI)
