Bengaluru, Feb 8: Chief minister B S Yediyurappa, informed that the portfolio allocation to the newly inducted ten ministers would be made on Monday.
Speaking to the media here, he said that “There was no pressure on me to allocate the ministries and will not go to Delhi to discuss the issue”. Denying that he was facing a lot of pressure from the ministers who were inducted on Thursday, he said that “Nobody is bringing pressure seeking any particular portfolios”.
It may be recalled that the Chief minister, had inducted ten MLAs, to his 6-month-old cabinet on Thursday, who had defected to the BJP and won the Assembly byelections, held recently.
However, Chief minister is yet to finalise the issue of allocation of portfolios, to the newly sworn-in ministers.(UNI)
