Pariksha Pe Charcha: Students from Chamarajanagar to interact with PM

Chamarajanagar, Jan 14: Two students from this district, considered one of the most backward ones in Karnataka, have been selected to interact with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

They will be interacting with Mr Modi during the third edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' event, which will be held at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi on January 20,

Class 10 students Arfath and Apoorva, both from the district, have been selected to represent their state in the annual student interaction programme with Mr Modi.

Arfath, a class 10 student from Mellahalli Adarsha School, Yelandur taluk and Apoorva, a class 10 student from Adarsha School in Gundlupet taluk, were selected, after they bagged first in an essay writing competition, held for students of classes 9 to 12 by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, in association with MyGov last month.

After registering themselves at Bengaluru on January 16, they will be going to New Delhi to participate in the event on January 20. (UNI)
