Mysuru, Sep 21 : Former chief minister of Karnataka, H D Kumaraswamy on Saturday announced that Janata Dal (Secular) would contest all 15 seats of assembly by-elections on their own.

He said that the Congress party which had already stated that there will be no coalition in the by-elections, so his party is also not going with the coalition anymore, because everyone knows what has happened in the Lok Sabha elections.
Mr Kumaraswamy also predicted that Chief Minister B S Yeddiyurappa led-government would fall on the day of bypoll results on October 24.
He admitted that his government was the worst government, as there was no cooperation from the coalition partner.
"I only agreed to form government with Congress just to save the farmers and to waive off their loans, and for this I have satisfaction," former CM said.
Stating that at the state level, JD (S) is the first rival of Congress rather than the BJP, Mr Kumaraswamy alleged that some Congress leaders are trying to finish his party. (UNI)
