Bengaluru, Sep 4: Strongly urging the Pakistan to vacate the Pak-Occupied-Kashmir (POK) , Union Minister of State for Social Justice, Ramdas Athawale said that India will teach a bitter lesson if Pakistan tries to wage a war.
Speaking to newsmen here on Wednesday, the Union minister said that Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan should quit the POK region, which is part and parcel of India. The Minister who held a meeting with the Officials of the Social Welfare Department and others earlier in the day, appreciated the State government’s scheme to promote Inter-caste marriages.
“The Cash assistance to encourage inter-caste marriages is a good sign” the Minister added. Maintaining that the number of cases relating to atrocities against Dalits are in the rise, the Minister said that he had instructed the officials to look into it.
Replying to a question, he said that the JD(S) had erred in joining hands with the Congress to form a coalition government in Karnataka. “Congress had made H D Kumaraswamy to weep while in the office” he added. (UNI)
