Bengaluru, Aug 8 : The stand-off between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Lok Sabha member, Pratap Simha and the renowned Film Personality, Prakash Raj over posting a defamatory remark in the social media ended, with the former tendering an apology on Thursday following the film star threatening to file a defamation case.
In a tweeter message to Prakash Raj, the BJP MP, Simha had stated that he had posted an unwarranted and hurtful article against him and his family. “I unequivocally withdraw and regret it” Pratap Simha in his tweeter message communicated to Prakash Raj (Rai).
Prakash Raj, in his response stated that he had accepted BJP MP’s apology, and advised him to desist from getting personnel and dirty on social media. “We may have differences with our ideology, but let us not get Personel and dirty, on Social Media, as we both are successful individuals in our respective fields its our responsibility to set good Example” Prakash Raj advised Simha.
