Bengaluru, Jul 28: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today said that there will be no change in the Finance Bill presented by the outgoing JD(S)-Congress Coalition government before it lost the trust vote.
Tomorrow, the BJP government will seek a trust vote in the Legislative Assembly when the house assemble at 11 AM and soon after it would move the Finance Bill as prepared by the previous government as the deadline for sanction for government expenditure will lapse on July 31.
'The BJP government will not amend a single word of the finance bill proposed by the previous government. This has been brought to the knowledge of Assembly Speaker Ramesh Kumar', Yediyurappa said speaking to reporters at his Dollar's Colony residence.
This comes in the wake of the previous government losing its majority, after the previous chief minister offering to take a vote trust that was defeated and the BJP claimed to form the government and came to power last week. (UNI)
