Karnataka Congress MLAs urge Rahul not to resign

Bengaluru, May 30: The Congress Legislators in Karnataka had unanimously adopted a resolution, urging AICC president Rahul Gandhi to continue as the party's supremo, here on
Wednesday.

Former Chief Minister and CLP leader Siddaramaiah speaking to mediapersons after a CLP meeting said that an unanimous resolution was adopted at the meeting and urged Rahul Gandhi to remain as the president of the party.

Stating that the MLAs, while passing a resolution had opined that Rahul Gandhi's leadership to the party is very much needed to tackle the communal forces in the country, he said, “We urge Rahul Gandhi to rescind his decision to quit as the party president".
