Mangaluru, Mar 9 : Opposition leader in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly B S Yeddyurappa, who is also BJP State President, today said that the list of candidates will be finalised soon after consulting the State leaders.
Speaking to newsmen here on Saturday, he said that he had discussed with party national President Amit Shah about the list of aspirants on Friday in Delhi and the same will be discussed with state leaders and it will be finalised very soon.
He said that "the dates for Lok Sabha polls are likely to be announced within a day or two. I have been touring all the constituencies to win at least 22 seats. There is a Modi wave all over. The Congress-JDS coalition government is of no use in Karnataka. Development works across the state has come to a standstill and corruption has become rampant in the State. (UNI)
