Lohardaga, Nov 21: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today asked the people to once again vote for a majority government of the BJP and promised that after coming to power all remaining works related to the development of the state would be completed.

Addressing an election rally at the BS College grounds here while campaigning for party candidate, he said that land of Lohardaga is known for its metals and therefore they should vote for such a government which is free from 'rusting'. He said, for the last five years the BJP was working for development of Jharkhand and made a poor worker the Chief Minister of the state who understood the problems of the people.

He said, Jharkhand had to fight for coming into existence and it was the Congress party which did not allow its creation however it was government of Atal Bihari Vajpayee which fulfilled the dreams of the revolutionaries and the people. Attacking JMM he said that Hemant Soren has joined hands with such people who had ordered firing upon the youth of the state just for power.

Shah said, in the name of tribals these parties have only used them as vote bank and never took an initiative to form separate tribal ministry which was done by Atal Ji. He said, in every block Eklavya Schools will be started where children of the tribals will get quality education and moreover a museum dedicated to the martyrs of the state is also being constructed with an investment of Rs 200 crore.
