Ranchi, Sep 22: One of the most wanted terrorists who was on a run for the last three years has been arrested by the Jharkhand ATS.

ATS SP Vijayalakshmi said that the terrorist Mohammed Kalimuddin Ansari was arrested from Jamshedpur railway station. She said that the man has links with Al-Qaeda and many key information has been received from him.

On the other hand ADG Murari Lal Meena said that the arrested terrorist has been a close aide of Md Abdul Rehman Ali Khan alias Haider alias Masood alias Katki. He said that Kalimuddin use to inspire the people to join Jihad, he also uses to recruit the youth for the terrorist organisation and made arrangements for them to attend training in militants camp outside the country.

Like Kalimuddin, Katki was also nabbed from Jamshedpur. Kalimuddin is a resident of Azad Nagar of Maango and he was evading arrest for the last three years.

Cases are also registered against him at Jamshedpur. Earlier his house and property were also attached by the agencies. Kalimuddin has also travelled to Asansol, Kolkata, Gujarat, Mumbai, UP, Saudi Arabia, Africa and Bangladesh to execute his work plans. (UNI)
