Srinagar, Apr 4: Body of a driver, who was missing since March 22, was recovered from a nala (drain) in north Kashmir district of Baramulla on Thursday, official sources said.
Meanwhile, traffic on Srinagar-Baramulla road was disrupted for several hours due to protest against the killing of driver. Driver Jan Mohammad went missing on March 22 when he left his house at Mamsoosa Pattan to attend a court hearing in a civil case.
A missing report was lodged, they said adding Jan was not traced.
The family members of deceased also protested at Press Colony, Srinagar on March 29 after police could not make any breakthrough.
Today the body was recovered from a Nallah at Chanbal, Baramulla, they said. (UNI)
