Berlin, May 10 : Germany has confirmed 667 new COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, with the total count reaching 1169,218, the Robert Koch Institute said on Sunday. The death toll has grown by 26 to 7,395 people within the same period of time.

On Saturday, the country confirmed 1,251 new cases of the disease and 103 fatalities. More than 144,000 COVID-19 patients have recovered in Germany, since the beginning of the outbreak. The highest number of COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Bavaria (44,265), North RhineWestphalia (34,964) and Baden-Wurttemberg (33,287). Berlin has 6,261 COVID-19 cases. (UNI)
