The latest victim to succumb to his injuries was identified as Joaquin Ambrosio Navarrete (27), who had been admitted in a critical condition at the Loayza Hospital since the January 23. According to the Health Ministry, 31 people remain hospitalised, including 10 minors meaning the death toll could still rise.
