The spreading coronavirus has now killed 132 people in China, with nearly 6,000 more patients infected worldwide.
The deadly coronavirus continues to wreak havoc in China with 25 new fatalities reported from central Hubei province, of which Wuhan is the provincial capital. The health experts warned that the epidemic may reach its climax in the next 10 days resulting in large-scale casualties. In Hubei province 3,554 confirmed cases have been reported with 125 deaths as of Tuesday, it said.
China has locked down more than a dozen cities, essentially quarantining about 50 million people. Hundreds of Americans have been evacuated from Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus, but some of their family members without U.S. visas have been left behind. British Airways has suspended all flights in and out of China.
