Controversial Bangladesh tycoon Moosa aims high

Dhaka, Nov 30 : Business tycoon Moosa bin Shamsher, known as Prince Moosa, has asserted that he had played an important role in the reconstruction of Bangladesh after the country’s independence in 1971 as per the direction of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Hence, he has become prominent in the country as well as other parts of the world for his role aimed at promoting development and peace through export of manpower. Moosa thinks that he is entitled to get the Nobel Prize for his great contribution to development and peace through his welfare- oriented activities.

Recently, the business tycoon has become the centre of talk as Bangladesh Bank (BB), the country’s central bank, has decided to bring back his 32 billion USD (equivalent to Bangladeshi Tk. 2,71,000 crore) kept with Swiss Bank. (One$=Rs71) He was recently notified of the step by the Bangladesh Bank authorities. (UNI)
