New York, Sep 26 : Continuing his multilateral and bilateral engagement, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on Thursday had a crucial meeting with his counterparts in the US, Japan and Australia.
In a missive, Dr Jaishankar thanked Mike Pompeo of the US, Toshimitsu Motegi, Japan and Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne. In November 2017 at Manila in the Philippines, the four countries India, Japan, Australia and the US had joined hands to enhance security cooperation in Indo-Pacific region. The group focuses on cooperation based on converging vision and values for promotion of peace, stability and prosperity. (UNI)
