Paris, Aug 26 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met President Macky Sall of Senegal on the margins of the G7 Biarritz Summit.
Spokesperson of Ministry of External Affairs Raveesh Kumar in a Twitter missive said, 'PM Narendra Modi met with President Macky Sall of Senegal on margins of the G7 Biarritz Summit. Discussed bilateral ties, including development partnership and cooperation in counter terrorism and international fora.'
On Sunday, the Pm had held a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on sidelines of G7 summit in France. The two leaders discussed ways to further cement ties in trade, defence and innovation between the two countries.
He also met French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron at the G7 Leaders' Dinner in Biarritz.
Mr Modi is in France to attend the G7 summit.In addition to the multilateral components of the Summit, he would also be meeting world leaders in separate bilateral interactions.(UNI)
