Japan, US and India begin trilateral talks

Osaka(Japan), Jun 28 : The much talked about Trilateral talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe and the US President Donald Trump got underway here on Friday with Mr Modi underlining the importance of the JAI framework.

"Committed to a better future. Meeting of JAI (Japan-America-India)Trilateral takes place in Osaka," Prime Minister tweeted.Prime Minister Shinzo Abe as the host welcomes the leaders.

Donald Trump congratulated both the Prime Ministers Mr Modi and Mr Abe for their recent electoral victories."PM Modi highlights the importance India attaches to JAI," the tweet from Mr Modi said.(UNI)
