Kathmandu, May 25 : Nepal Police have arrested underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's associate Yunus Ansari.

It has been found that Yunus Ansari had been carrying out illegal activities for ISI in Nepal, according to the media reports here. Along with Ansari, three Pakistani nationals were nabbed with around Rs 7.5 crore of fake Indian currency notes.

The fake money was all in Rs 2000 currency notes. Nepal police officials stated Ansari was very close to Dawood Ibrahim and pumped FICN into India on the orders of ISI. Ansari is the son former Nepal minister Saleem Ansari, both of whom are close to D-Company.

Indian intel had earlier alerted Nepal Police following which a trap was laid at Kathmandu airport where the accused was nabbed. The Pakistan aides were identified as Mohammad Nasrudin, Mohammad Athar and Nadia Ambar. They were carrying FICN in three suitcases. Ansari had gone to the airport to receive the three of them.All the accused are still being questioned.
