AAP to create political space in bipolar battle field of Rajasthan

Jaipur, Nov 4: In a bid to create new political space, amid presence of established rivals - the Congress and BJP- in the largely bipolar electoral battle field of Rajasthan, the Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) is working for contesting all 200 seats in the December 7 Assembly polls, on its own.

Aspiring to repeat the miraculous electoral feat of the previous Delhi Assembly election in this desert state, the Arvind Kejriwal-led party is working faster than rivals on selection of the candidates and giving maximum possible time to its contestants and party workers, to focus on campaign.

'We have already announced candidates for 63 of the 200 constituencies, while another list of 50 nominees will be released in a day or two,' party Spokesperson Devendra Shastri said on Sunday, adding that remaining work may be done after seeing the lists of rivals.UNI
