Russia, Uzbekistan sign pact on mutual use of airspace

Tashkent, Oct 13: Russia and Uzbekistan agreed on mutual use of the airspace by military aircraft on Friday.

According to TASS, Defence Ministers of Russia Army General Sergei Shoigu and Uzbekistan Major-General Abdusalom Azizov have signed an agreement on the mutual use of the airspace by military aircraft.

The agreement will also allow both the countries to promptly resolve the issues of military cargo carriages and military transport planes to make non-stop flights.

The defence ministers of both the countries also signed a plan of the ministries’ cooperation for 2019. (UNI)
