Shimla, Oct 6 : South West Monsoon system started receding during last 24 hrs as its activity was mainly negligible and relative humidity is coming down in the state.
The Met Office said that very Light rain occurred at isolated places over the state during last 24 hours and Monsoon was weak over the state. The western disturbances and Monsoon rain likely to affect the state till Oct 8 and after Oct 9 the Monsoon expected to withdraw from the state.
Relative Humidity of Kalpa was 55 per cent, Keylong 49 per cent, Dharmshala 61 Mandi 69 pc and Shimla 71 per cent which shows that Monsoon is receding from the state.
Minimum temperatures was unchanged and maximum increased by two to three degrees during the last 24 hours. (UNI)
