New Delhi, June 19: With Yoga gaining popularity across the globe by each passing day, Femina Miss India 2019 contestants also took Yoga sessions to keep the stress at bay during the competition.
The Yoga workshop for the 30 participants was conducted by Dr Yogi Amritraj, who is also the Director of Maa Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh.During the Yoga workshop, he gave tips to the 30 contestants on how to carry a positive attitude and be positive despite the stress which builds up during such situation.
The contestants practiced Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation during the workshop in view of stress management, Yogi Raj said. Yoga can make people strong from within and help a person to maintain a balance between mind and body which is very essential, especially in today's times, said Yogi Amritraj.
One who practices Yoga on a regular basis keeps healthy physically as well as mentally, he added.(UNI)
