Chandigarh, Nov 5 : While continuing with the transparent recruitment policy of the Haryana government, the recruitment process in the state will be made time-bound, Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya said here on Tuesday.Besides, free coaching will be provided to the students of low income group families for appearing in various competitive exams, the Governor stated this while delivering his address on the second day of the 14th Haryana Assembly session here.
He said the state government is conscious of its responsibility to create adequate employment opportunities for the youth and to invest in their education, skilling and employability. He said that transparent, fair and merit based selections in recruitment for government jobs have created a very positive milestone in the state.
Mr Arya said that the state government would also ensure that job fairs are organized regularly in every district to enhance recruitment of Haryana youth in private sector jobs also. The state government now aims at training more than two lakh youth and to provide them industry relevant skills to make them employment ready besides strengthening the Start-Up Ecosystem for encouraging innovative ideas and generation of employment, he added.
