Eight, including juvenile, held in murder case in Haryana

Kaithal, Jun 7: Eight accused, including a juvenile, were held by police on Friday in link to a murder case of a 35-year-old Sunil of Narar village, who was killed by unidentified people near Gyarah Shiv Rudri Mandir on May 31.

Police has arrested all the eight accused for their alleged involvement in the murder. Following investigation, police on Thursday arrested the last remaining accused Gurjant of Budhakhera village. A motorcycle and mobile used in the crime was also recovered from him.
Gurjant was produced in a local court on Friday and sent in judicial custody. A police spokesperson said that during interrogation Gurjant told police that he was contacted by his acquaintance Sultan alias Vicky of Narar to help them in executing murder of Sunil as he and some others bore enmity towards him. They all assembled in Hanuman Vatika here on May 31 and after verifying the location of Sunil reached there and attacked and killed him.
