Panaji, Jan 30 : Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday hit out the opposition saying he was not only in fully 'hosh' but his 'josh' too was high.
Reading out annual budget speech in the State Legislative Assembly, the Chief Minister said,''Present circumstances, have prevented me from delivering a detailed budget speech, but there is a josh that is too high, very high and I am in hosh. Fully in hosh. I am sure that my figures will speak more than words and further these figures will be effectively translated into results."
The barb of the Chief Minister was aimed at Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Girish Chodankar. Mr Parrikar at public function in the city recently had quoted a dialogue from Hindi film 'Uri' and asked party workers 'How is your josh'. To this Mr Chodankar had said the Chief Minister should first come in 'hosh' then ask people about their 'josh'. (UNI)
