Magnificent Mushrooms

1. Mushroom Pate

Prep time: 20 Mins Cooking time 10-12 mins

  • 10-12 Mushrooms
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 12-15 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soya sauce

Clean, wash and chop mushrooms. In a pan, put in Olive oil with garlic and onion slices. Fry well. To this add the mushrooms and keep stirring.
