COVID 19 impact: 'Baaghi 3' box office collection yet to reach Rs 100 Cr mark

Agency News

Due to COVID 19 coronavirus scare, the Box Office collection of Tiger Shroff-Shraddha Kapoor starring ‘Baaghi 3’ fail to cross Rs.100 crore even after two weeks of its release.

With all the theatres across the country being shut amid novel coronavirus fears, 'Baaghi 3' has managed to reach a total of Rs 92.68 crore.

Baaghi3 isn't the only Bollywood film which has been impacted as Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's film 'Angrezi Medium' also witnessed a huge drop in its collection as it managed to earn just Rs 35 lakhs on its first Monday.

Despite all these crises, 'Baaghi 3' has emerged as the second most successful film of 2020 after Ajay Devgn-Saif Ali Khan’s period drama ‘Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior’.

The second sequel to Baaghi, has been packed with Hollywood-like adventure this time that involves helicopters and tanks. The highlight of the story is the reunion of Shraddha and Tiger. Despite all adventures, very little VFX has been used in Baaghi 3. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala tried to stick to the adventure sans technology.
