The MeToo movement which was ignited last year with actress Tanushree Dutta accusing actor Nana Patekar of sexual misconduct has suffered a setback today, June 13, as the case has been closed. Tanushree’s lawyer said that this decision will be challenged.
Tanushree had accused Nana Patekar of sexual misconduct on the sets of the movie OK Horn Pleassss in 2008. The police have closed the case saying that ‘there is no prima facie case against Patekar’.
The complainant if she desires can file a protest report to challenge this closure report. According to reports, Tanushree Dutta will be challenging this closure report.
